Quick Overnight Oats

1/2 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)

1 tbsp peanut butter

Mix all together in a mason jar or bowl, cover, and let it sit in the fridge over night.


Once it's time to eat, I top this with granola and dark chocolate chips!
